About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our Management Training program as a Sales Management Trainee. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in sales, marketing, and leadership, while working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

As a Sales Management Trainee, you will be responsible for learning our business from day one, while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and goals
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 6 months cumulative experience or involvement in sales, customer service, leadership, or related fields
  • Availability to work an average of 46 hours per week
  • High level of interest in working in a sales environment
  • Valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations in the past 3 years
  • No DWI/DUI conviction or other drug and/or alcohol-related offense that results in a conviction in past 5 years
  • Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
