Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough investigations of potential fraud cases, gathering and analyzing evidence to determine the validity of claims.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Risk Management and Compliance, to ensure effective resolution of fraud cases.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in fraud detection and prevention methods, staying up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and present findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate and complete records.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Relevant experience in fraud investigations, risk management, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to fraud detection and prevention.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
