Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development and Project Delivery Leader to join our team in Kentucky. The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with our team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, while also expanding our relationships with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the water and wastewater sector
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement business growth strategies
  • Provide leadership and guidance to our project delivery teams
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as civil engineering or environmental science
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in business development and project delivery
  • Proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in a relevant field
  • 20 or more years of experience in the water and wastewater sector
  • Strong knowledge of industry trends and developments
