Job Summary

Banc of California is seeking a highly skilled Customer Relationship Officer to join our team. As a key member of our branch, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized service to customers, addressing their financial needs and concerns.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to deepen and expand their banking relationships.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve branch goals and objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date on banking products and services, making recommendations to customers as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of retail banking experience, with a focus on customer service and relationship building.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Strong knowledge of banking products and services, with the ability to make recommendations to customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting sales and customer service goals.
