Behavioral Support Aides for Educational Settings

Key Responsibilities:
+ Adheres to directives from the BCBA, educator, and/or program coordinator.
+ Executes behavior management strategies encompassing prevention, intervention, and consequence approaches.
+ Provides assistance during crisis situations.
+ Evaluates and applies behavior intervention strategies.
+ Reviews and executes tasks aligned with behavioral and ABA objectives outlined in an IEP under the guidance of an instructor.
+ Aids in the delivery of academic instruction as directed by an educator.
+ Supports the implementation of SLP, OT, and PT developmental plans.
+ Maintains documentation in accordance with established policies and procedures.
+ Accurately and efficiently gathers behavioral and academic data.
+ Rigorously complies with confidentiality standards.
+ Assists students in cultivating independent daily living skills through self-care routines, including toileting, dressing, and personal hygiene.
+ Provides support to students in various environments (e.g., classroom, playground, cafeteria, gym, sensory room, library, etc.).
+ Undertakes additional responsibilities as required.
Compensation:
+ $20-$25/hr
