We are seeking an innovative and experienced Senior Manager, Content Strategy to join our team at Red Bull Media House. As a key member of our content marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive content strategy that drives audience growth and engagement across our digital channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a multi-platform content strategy that aligns with Red Bull's brand objectives and resonates with our target audience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and develop content opportunities that drive audience growth and engagement.
  • Build and maintain a content calendar that showcases Red Bull's slate of Board Sports projects, events, and original video productions.
  • Optimize channel performance and experience through scheduling, featuring, and customized functionalities.
  • Define clear project success metrics and track progress against key performance indicators.
  • Lead on identifying learnings to make our content more impactful towards our KPIs, focusing on content that can break outside of the core audience while achieving authentic brand cut-through.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of digital content marketing and/or programming experience for a sports or media/entertainment brand.
  • Track record of marketing a global brand via social media by transforming creative ideas into successful campaigns across multiple sub-brands that drive consumer engagement, sustainable audience growth, positive brand sentiment, credibility, and innovation.
  • Proven ability to drive the adoption of new ideas and concepts and pioneer new approaches within your team or company.
  • Advanced decision-making skills with proven ability to drive direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams.
  • Possess a rigorous understanding of how to program video content for audiences on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook.
  • Leadership skills, problem-solving, mediation, and coaching skills, and ability to manage conflicts of interest.
  • Extreme attention to detail with relentlessly high standards.
  • Agile Project Management and Kanban are a huge plus.
