  • Demonstrated proficiency in SQL syntax.
  • 2 years of experience in identifying and resolving technical issues, particularly in analytics tools and IT systems environments.
  • Proven ability to efficiently manage and execute ad-hoc requests and projects, showcasing strong organizational skills, extreme accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • 2 years of experience in maintaining detailed documentation of processes and queries, essential for knowledge preservation and training.
  • Advanced SharePoint/Office 365 experience, including experience creating SharePoint workflows.
  • Ability to work independently as well as the ability to work in teams and coordinate work efforts.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver results that meet or exceed expectations.
  • Exceptional verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to evaluate work and process flow to ensure optimal efficiencies.
  • Secondary Information Technology Education from a Technical School, College, or University preferred.
Education
  • High School Diploma/GED required.
Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is: $46,000.00 - $102,000.00. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
