The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Executive to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing organization, you will be responsible for ensuring our largest customers achieve their critical business objectives through the effective use of our solutions. This involves developing long-term, value-based relationships with decision-makers and influencers, monitoring customer health indicators, and proactively addressing concerns to drive positive customer experiences.

Main Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
  • Develop and implement customer success plans to drive adoption, retention, and growth.
  • Monitor customer health indicators, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to address them.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, delivery, and support, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Identify opportunities for expansion and work with sales teams to develop and execute growth strategies.
  • Manage risks to customer success, identify root causes, and develop solutions to mitigate them.
What We Look For in a Candidate
  • 7+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into customer insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strategic relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience working with complex, Fortune 500, multi-divisional, international customers.
  • Comfortable presenting, consulting, and advising at C-level and other executive levels.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,960 to $121,280, depending on location and experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health, life, and voluntary lifestyle benefits, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
