We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced logistics professional to join our team as a Logistics Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our end-to-end logistics operations, including warehouse, transportation, and co-packing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement logistics strategies to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations
  • Lead a team of logistics professionals to achieve business objectives
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective management of logistics operations
  • Implement best-in-class controls and governance to ensure compliance with health and safety, quality, and legal requirements
  • Develop and maintain relationships with third-party logistics vendors
  • Ensure successful project implementation and continuous improvement programs

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics management, preferably in an FMCG/CPG environment
  • Proven track record of leading teams and developing people
  • Strong business and financial acumen, with excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a union environment and lead a team of unionized employees
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive results-oriented solutions
