Compensation: $23.10 per hour

Employment Type: Part-time to full-time

Position Summary:

Supervise a team of up to 20 individuals during shifts, ensuring seamless operations, attentive service to guests and team members, and smooth transitions between shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate integrity, honesty, and knowledge that fosters the culture, values, and mission of the organization.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding cash handling, property, products, and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Guarantee prompt and courteous service from all employees.
  • Train and mentor team members.
  • Maintain a valid Food Handler's card.
  • Occasionally lift heavy items as required.
  • Implement effective problem-solving strategies.
  • Collaborate with leadership to achieve revenue goals.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

  • Capable of organizing and managing a team during shifts.
  • Willing to commit to a minimum of 25 hours per week.
