Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to promote Mayo Medical Laboratories (MCL) tests to clients in the South Texas region.
  • Collaborate with clients to identify business opportunities and develop tailored sales plans.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, regulatory issues, and reimbursement policies to effectively communicate with clients.
  • Work closely with the CSR Director, Regional Director of Sales, and Regional Managers to achieve annual sales growth and market expansion goals.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree and three years of sales experience, preferably in the Hematology/Oncology market segment.
  • Excellent human relations, management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction and business growth.
  • Valid driver's license and a good driving record, with the ability to travel extensively.
