About the Role:

We are seeking a charismatic and knowledgeable Tour Guide to join our team at Warm Springs Ranch, the official breeding facility of the Budweiser Clydesdales. As a Clydesdale Tour Guide, you will have the opportunity to share the rich history and story of these majestic animals with our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and informative tours to large groups of visitors.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for all guests.
  • Host positions in the gift shop and welcome guests throughout the day.
  • Operate the gift shop register and restock inventory as needed.
  • Assist with special events and provide support to the team as needed.

Requirements:

  • Must be 21+ years old or older.
  • Ability to memorize a detailed tour script.
  • Dependable, enthusiastic, cheerful, and professional demeanor.
  • Demonstrated interest in the Budweiser Clydesdales and a willingness to learn the in-depth history of the breed and organization.
  • Strong leadership and customer service skills.
  • Experience using the Retail Management System (RMS) is a plus.
  • Basic horse handling skills preferred but not required.
  • Will to work in all climates of weather.
  • Able to lift and carry boxes/inventory of up to 35lbs.
  • Able to climb steps.
