Tractor Mechanic

Job Summary: As a Tractor Operator at Anheuser-Busch Inc., you will have the opportunity to prepare and operate a tractor and wagon for guided tours of the company's horse pastures. This role requires a strong attention to safety and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepares tractor and wagon for tours, including pre-tour inspections and maintenance.
• Safely operates tractor for all tours, ensuring the safety of guests and horses.
• Coordinates with management to schedule tours and ensure smooth operations.
• Maintains the cleanliness and presentability of the tractor and wagon.
• Monitors surroundings while operating the tractor to ensure the safety of all guests and horses.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Familiarity with John Deere tractor model 5075E manual transmission.
• Ability to release clutch and change gears smoothly on the tractor.
• Dependable, enthusiastic, cheerful, and professional demeanor.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work outside in all weather conditions.
• Ability to lift and/or carry up to 35 pounds.
• Ability to climb steps.
