Tour Ambassador

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Tour Guide to join our team at Warm Springs Ranch, the official breeding facility of the Budweiser Clydesdales. As a Tour Guide, you will have the opportunity to share the rich history and story of the Clydesdales with our guests, while also working in the gift shop and welcoming visitors throughout the day.

• Memorize and present a company-approved script to large groups of visitors.
• Provide visitors with a positive tour experience, ensuring they have a memorable and enjoyable time.
• Host positions in the bar, check-in gate, and gift shop, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.
• Operate the gift shop register, restock inventory as needed, and maintain a clean and organized environment.
• Assist with special events, such as weddings and corporate functions, and provide support to our guests as needed.
• Answer guest questions, provide directions, and offer information to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the gift shop, public restrooms, and tour route, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for our guests.

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Ability to memorize a detailed 10-15 page tour script.
• Dependable, enthusiastic, cheerful, and professional demeanor.
• Demonstrated interest in the Budweiser Clydesdales and a willingness to learn the in-depth history of the breed and organization.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.
• Experience using the Retail Management System (RMS) is a plus.
• Basic horse handling skills preferred but not required.
• Willingness to work in all climates of weather.
• Able to lift and carry boxes/inventory of up to 35lbs.
• Able to climb steps.
