Position Summary
We are seeking a qualified and proactive Facilities Maintenance Technician to contribute to our operations. This role involves executing various maintenance tasks to ensure properties are maintained to high standards and are safe for tenants and clients. As a representative of our company, you will engage with tenants, vendors, and the public, embodying our core values of grit, servanthood, and trustworthiness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular property inspections in collaboration with management.
  • Engage with vendors to solicit bids, follow up on ongoing projects, and coordinate property access.
  • Address maintenance requests submitted by tenants.
  • React to emergency situations in accordance with established building protocols.
  • Perform preventative maintenance tasks, including but not limited to lighting inspections, roof evaluations, drain cleanouts, plumbing assessments, and filter replacements.
  • Oversee maintenance operations for designated properties and generate detailed reports on property conditions.
  • Lift and transport items weighing up to 100 lbs using appropriate techniques.
  • Monitor the status and condition of vacant units.
  • Collaborate with property managers to address maintenance challenges.
  • Procure and manage supplies using a purchase order system.
  • Document all completed work on work orders via a mobile application.
