Job Description

The Vice President of Operations at Mindful Care is responsible for driving operational excellence and ensuring the seamless execution of our company's strategic goals. This role oversees the infrastructure, systems, and processes that enable us to deliver high-quality mental health and telehealth services at scale.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Operational Strategy & Execution:
  • Develop and execute operational strategies that align with our vision and long-term goals.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of scalable processes and systems.
  • Monitor operational performance and proactively address gaps to ensure success.
Leadership & Team Development:
  • Lead and mentor department managers, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Set clear objectives, KPIs, and performance standards for operational teams.
  • Build and develop a high-performing team that drives operational efficiency.
Patient Experience & Quality Assurance:
  • Champion a patient-first mindset, ensuring all operational activities enhance the patient journey.
  • Implement quality control measures to maintain our high standards of care and service delivery.
  • Collaborate with clinical and patient services teams to optimize outcomes.
Requirements
  • Education: MBA or equivalent
  • Experience: Proven experience as a VP of Operations, Director of Operations, or similar leadership role in a healthcare or telehealth setting demonstrating the ability to create and implement strategies to scale a multi-state/multi-site enterprise.
  • Skill Set: Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and align teams. Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions.
  • Compensation: $160,000 to $200,000 per year, plus up to 20% annual performance-based discretionary bonus and equity incentive plan options depending on experience.
