Job Description:

As a Clinical Intake Specialist at Mindful Care, you will be responsible for providing initial mental health interviews and evaluations for patients seeking treatment. You will work closely with our team to ensure that patients receive seamless and affordable access to urgent mental healthcare.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree and valid licensure to practice in New York (LMSW)
  • Strong patient assessment skills, including mental status exam and use of screening tools
  • Experience with PHQ9 and GAD7 screening tools is required
