The Panther Group is seeking a dedicated Senior RF Testing Specialist to enhance our quality assurance efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and execute comprehensive testing strategies, methodologies, and automated assessments for RF-based products and systems.
- Generate and oversee testing documentation, ensuring consistency with specifications and test scenarios.
- Architect and deploy automation frameworks, transforming manual testing into automated solutions.
- Guide the transition of products from development phases to production, managing integration and testing processes.
- Work collaboratively with various teams to facilitate Product Integration, Verification, & Validation (PIVV) during acceptance evaluations.
- Offer technical insights and support to engineering teams, ensuring project completion within budgetary and timeline constraints.
- Effectively communicate with stakeholders, providing updates on testing engineering progress and objectives.
- Employ Python scripting and leverage experience with LabVIEW-based Automated Test Equipment (ATE), while assisting in hardware integration within laboratory settings.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline, accompanied by a minimum of five years of pertinent experience.
- Expertise in test automation, data analysis, and hardware integration.
- Knowledge of RF hardware, Scaled Agile Framework, and DevOps methodologies.
- Proficient in SQL, Python scripting, and the development of automated testing scripts.
