Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute comprehensive testing strategies, methodologies, and automated assessments for RF-based products and systems.
  • Generate and oversee testing documentation, ensuring consistency with specifications and test scenarios.
  • Architect and deploy automation frameworks, transforming manual testing into automated solutions.
  • Guide the transition of products from development phases to production, managing integration and testing processes.
  • Work collaboratively with various teams to facilitate Product Integration, Verification, & Validation (PIVV) during acceptance evaluations.
  • Offer technical insights and support to engineering teams, ensuring project completion within budgetary and timeline constraints.
  • Effectively communicate with stakeholders, providing updates on testing engineering progress and objectives.
  • Employ Python scripting and leverage experience with LabVIEW-based Automated Test Equipment (ATE), while assisting in hardware integration within laboratory settings.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline, accompanied by a minimum of five years of pertinent experience.
  • Expertise in test automation, data analysis, and hardware integration.
  • Knowledge of RF hardware, Scaled Agile Framework, and DevOps methodologies.
  • Proficient in SQL, Python scripting, and the development of automated testing scripts.
