Position Summary: We are seeking dedicated Food & Beverage Supervisors to join our enthusiastic Food Services Team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing staff, collaborating with team members, and providing support where necessary. This is an excellent opportunity for professional growth while pursuing your passions.
COMPENSATION: The hourly wage for this position ranges from $21.00 to $21.25, influenced by various factors such as skills, qualifications, experience, and market data. Additional compensation may include bonuses or commissions as applicable. This reflects Aramark's good faith estimate of the compensation range at the time of posting.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage work schedules and prepare production documentation (including production sheets and recipes).
- Direct daily operations and ensure food production meets safety and quality standards.
- Maintain organized and hazard-free food storage environments.
- Ensure compliance with menu specifications and Aramark policies during food service.
- Uphold health and safety regulations to maintain a sanitary department.
- Conduct weekly inventory assessments and prepare orders as necessary.
- Supervise and evaluate team members, fostering growth, efficiency, and teamwork.
- Train and mentor food service staff.
- Maintain equipment maintenance logs and perform preventative maintenance checks.
- Ensure completion of food safety and temperature logs with appropriate corrective actions.
- Stay informed about daily catering events and ensure timely preparation and delivery.
- Participate in food service meetings and maintain effective communication with staff.
- Promote positive public relations.
