Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst, Assistant Vice President to join our Alternative Investments Transformation team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, process improvement, and project management. Responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing process improvements leading to efficiency gains and/or operational risk reduction
  • Creating, managing, and interpreting end-user requirements and working with cross-functional teams to meet those needs
  • Resolving and escalating project and operational issues in a timely fashion

The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to respond to shifting priorities. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years of experience in a technology, front office, or software-related role are required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Creative problem-solving skills and analysis skills to help build solutions for the investment teams
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Sense of urgency when performing tasks and projects; ability to respond to shifting priorities
