Job Title: Senior Vice President Supply Chain Leadership

We are seeking a Senior Vice President Supply Chain Leadership to drive strategic growth and improvement in our North American operations.

This experienced leader will oversee the development and implementation of supply chain strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Oversee distribution and logistics to ensure efficient delivery of goods.
  • Manage inventory levels to minimize stock-outs and optimize supply chain performance.
  • Lead efforts to streamline warehousing and distribution functions for efficiency and cost reduction.

**Cross-Functional Collaboration:**

  • Act as a strategic partner to key departments such as R&D, Quality Assurance, ensuring alignment of Supply Chain activities with broader organizational goals.
  • Foster cross-departmental communication to address challenges and drive process improvements.

**Professional Experience, Knowledge & Technical Skills:**

  • Minimum 10+ years in Supply Chain and Procurement, preferably within the healthcare or pharmaceutical sectors.
  • Experience with complex categories such as services, marketing, and materials is essential.
  • Excellent negotiation and financial management abilities.
