TITLE: Vice President Finance and Corporate Controller - WCG Clinical, Inc.

DUTIES: Prepare operational plans and provide strategic financial direction for the WCG organization working closely with the Vice President, Finance. Work with members of the Senior Leadership Team and develop, interpret, and implement financial concepts and financial systems for planning and control. Responsible for gathering, analyzing, summarizing, and preparing recommendations for financial plans, acquisition activity, Due Diligence and integration of acquired companies, future requirements, revenue operations and revenue recognition, budgeting, and operating forecasts. Partner with operating divisions and corporate functions to enhance finance related decisions, introduce process discipline, and ensure appropriate controls and financial systems are in place to safeguard company assets. Orchestrate payments for tax, debt, management fees, and have all bank information consolidated for real time visibility. Coordinate external audit processes, assist with coordination of quarterly and annual tax filings, and develop and maintain accounting policies and standard operating procedures to drive consistency across the organization. Prepare reports that summarize and forecast company business activity and financial position in areas of income, expenses, and earnings based on past, present, and expected operations. Support finance team initiatives, including market and industry research and analysis, mergers and acquisitions, treasury, strategic partnerships, and others. Has overall responsibility of management including direction, coordination, performance, and evaluation of his assigned team and staff. Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and managing employees; and addressing complaints and resolving problems. Primarily domestic travel to other major WCG offices in the United States, estimated to be 15% of time or less annually.

SALARY RANGE: $224,515 to $320,000

REQUIREMENTS:

Must have a Bachelors (or foreign equivalent) degree in Economics, Accounting, or related field, plus ten (10) years of progressively responsible post-baccalaureate accounting experience with a CPA license (or foreign equivalent license), including consolidated financial statement preparation with over 10 subsidiaries in multinational locations and multiple currencies, budgeting, cash management, operating forecasts, due diligence and integration of acquired companies; and five years of experience in leading and supporting budgeting/financial systems.
