Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team at LT Security Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for cultivating relationships with our customers, providing product details, securing sales opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to scale product revenues and achieve broader market penetration.
  • Assist in identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, leveraging your skills in communication, negotiation, and problem-solving to drive results.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our comprehensive line of Analog, Hybrid, HD-TVI, HD-SDI, and IP solutions, as well as market and product trends.
  • Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets, demonstrating a strong work ethic and ability to work under pressure.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of professional experience in sales or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, with a strong sense of self-motivation and discipline.
  • Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred, but not required.
