Technical Sales Professional

We are seeking a skilled Technical Sales Professional to join our team in the Pacific Northwest territory. As a sales engineer, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing key customer relationships, and reaching assigned sales goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of metallurgical sample preparation equipment, consumables, and applications.
Key Responsibilities:- Grow assigned territory by developing existing business for Buehler equipment and consumables through on-site visits with existing QC customers and leads
- Maintain daily face-to-face contact with QC customers within assigned territory, meeting or exceeding assigned territory sales goal
- Manage sales pipeline, track customer contacts, and account details using the company's CRM system (Dynamics 365)
- Bachelor's degree in an Engineering or Science discipline, preferably with experience in outside sales and technical product sales
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience selling technical equipment in laboratory or production settings
- Knowledge of metallurgical sample preparation equipment, consumables, and applications preferred
The base salary for this position is $80,000 - $95,000 per year, with commissions included. The total compensation package may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
