Technical Sales Training and Development Program Leader

About the RoleWe're seeking recent graduates who are eager to participate in our 5-month Sales Engineering program. As a sales engineer, you'll be a technical expert for our valued commercial customers, growing and maintaining relationships through problem-solving and selling Trane Technology climate solutions products.
Responsibilities- Sell efficient HVAC equipment and building management controls to commercial, industrial, and institutional customers
- Work with engineers, architects, contractors, and owners/developers in system design, application, and sale
You'll attend our comprehensive Graduate Training Program (GTP), which provides intensive technical, business, sales, and leadership training. Upon completion, you'll assume responsibilities as an Associate Account Manager focused on Systems, Services, or Controls within a pre-assigned office location.
Compensation and BenefitsWe offer competitive compensation, including a base salary of $78,840, lodging, daily stipend, and relocation during the 5-month training. After program completion, compensation is partially commission-based and industry-leading, creating uncapped earning potential. You'll also enjoy a range of benefits, including generous health insurance, holistic wellness programs, family building benefits, 401K match, paid time off, and educational opportunities.
Requirements- Possess a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering Technology, or Engineering
- Be a U.S. citizen or have the legal right to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship
- Possess a valid driver's license and proof of insurance
