Job Overview

POSITION SUMMARY:

The organization is in search of a skilled IT professional to support our internal team in the deployment and configuration of CrowdStrike's Identity Protection platform module within our current CrowdStrike framework.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

3. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Candidates MUST HAVE the necessary CrowdStrike Identity Protection expertise to be considered.

The organization seeks a proficient IT professional to assist our internal team with the deployment and configuration of CrowdStrike's Identity Protection platform module into our existing CrowdStrike environment. Furthermore, the selected candidate will collaborate with the team to enhance and refine our configurations for additional products within our security portfolio.

The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert (SME) in CrowdStrike, possess extensive device management experience, demonstrate exceptional communication skills, and work effectively with cross-functional teams from both IT and various business units. Additionally, familiarity with security features and solutions from Microsoft 365, secure email gateway platforms, and identity and access management utilizing Microsoft Active Directory/Entra is highly preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drafting and implementing security baselines and associated compliance actions within CrowdStrike.
  • Creating, testing, and implementing alerting and reporting mechanisms within CrowdStrike.
  • Assisting in the development of implementation plans and policies for advanced security features within the Microsoft 365 environment.
  • Establishing governance and processes surrounding Azure guest accounts and their maintenance.
  • Reviewing and optimizing existing security tool configurations and processes to enhance efficiency and value (e.g., Proofpoint, Forcepoint, Trellix, Sentinel, LogRhythm, Falcon Complete, M365, etc.).

QUALIFICATIONS:

Overall IT Experience: Minimum of 6 years required.

Education: Bachelor’s degree highly preferred.

Certifications:

IT Security Engineering Experience: Required, 6+ years.

CrowdStrike Identity Protection: Required, 2+ years.

CrowdStrike Falcon Complete: Required, 2+ years.

Microsoft 365 Security Solutions: Required, 2+ years.

Microsoft Active Directory: Required, 2+ years.

Microsoft Entra: Required, 2+ years.

Secure Email Gateway Solutions: Highly preferred, 1 year.

Enterprise SIEM Solutions: Highly preferred, 1 year.

Experience in IT Incident Management: Highly preferred, 1 year.
