Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and process-driven individual to join our team as an Operations Coordinator. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about streamlining processes and automating tasks.

In this role, you will be responsible for building and implementing systems and organization, creating order out of chaos, and helping cultivate the growth of our company.

  • 2+ years of prior work experience in a fast-paced professional setting, start-up experience is a plus
  • 2+ years of process improvement experience
  • Develop & update process documentation, work instructions, and other tools to support process implementation and adoption.
  • Actively seeks process improvement, with the ability to structure complex processes and clearly identify key issues
Responsibilities
  • Supporting new development and internal operations; organizing and streamlining a growing company
  • Build, implement, and manage all systems for sellers, buyers, lead generation, database management, client retention and client care, information management, and back-office support
  • Responsible for all financial systems, including working with our bookkeeper, paying the bills, handling payroll, assuring the collection of commissions, and maintaining the budget.
  • Create and maintain an operations manual that documents all systems and standards

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
