Position Overview

As a Bakery Operations Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in the success of Sprinkles by supporting the management team in bakery functions to foster and uphold the Sprinkles Experience for our guests and team members. You will serve as a leader among your colleagues and exemplify the Sprinkles culture. Key Responsibilities:

  • Uphold and demonstrate proper policies and procedures as instructed by trainers and managers with enthusiasm.
  • Oversee guest interactions, including gathering feedback on recent experiences through various communication channels.
  • Deliver outstanding guest service in alignment with management standards and Sprinkles policies – Act as a brand ambassador.
  • Manage shift expectations and contribute to the Sprinkles culture and experience.
  • Serve as a product expert by providing recommendations during guest orders.
  • Practice proper cash handling procedures with a positive demeanor.
  • Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols to ensure a clean and safe work environment in the bakery.
  • Assist with cleaning tasks as outlined in opening/closing and weekly checklists.
  • Report to work as scheduled and fulfill shift requirements.
  • Package and present cupcakes and other bakery items as needed.

Qualifications:

  • A genuine passion for the Sprinkles brand and product.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Effective verbal communication skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions from management.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining a steady pace throughout shifts.
  • Capacity to stand for extended periods.
  • Able to lift at least 50 pounds, which may include carrying trays of cupcakes, batter, and boxed items.
  • Must be able to navigate the bakery environment, including bending and reaching for items.
