As a key leader within the store, the GM is tasked with developing talent, managing P&Ls, and ensuring adherence to the highest standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC) in alignment with 85°C's vision.

Established in 2004, 85°C Bakery Cafe has grown into a global bakery and beverage retail powerhouse. With over 1000 locations worldwide, we pride ourselves on delivering premium quality pastries and beverages at accessible prices. We are looking for dedicated General Managers who are eager to embrace challenges and evolve alongside our company.

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve and surpass sales and profitability targets while maintaining a high level of personal sales performance and motivating team results. Facilitate the recruitment, retention, and growth of a diverse talent pool. Provide exceptional customer service to every guest, promoting desired behaviors through coaching and modeling. Uphold rigorous standards of quality control, hygiene, and health & safety. Monitor and ensure compliance with performance standards, including adherence to company policies and core values.

Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma; an Associate's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.

Experience: A minimum of two (2) years of management experience in a bakery, restaurant, or fast-food environment.

Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent interpersonal abilities, with confidence in conveying complex information clearly. Comprehensive knowledge of 85°C products and future concepts. Proven success in Training, Operational Development, and Customer Service. Foster an ownership mentality among oneself and subordinate managers. Familiarity with daily store operations, from opening to closing. Experience managing high-volume stores with direct supervision of ten (10) or more employees. Availability to work full-time, including evenings and weekends.
