Clinical Nurse Specialist

Role:
As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will provide exceptional and specialized nursing care to patients within our facility. Your responsibilities will encompass both direct and indirect patient care, utilizing the nursing process which includes assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
Work Schedule:
8 AM to 5 PM, PRN
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients, ensuring adherence to established standards.
- Oversee and guide other nursing staff, fostering a collaborative approach to patient care.
- Engage with multidisciplinary teams to provide tailored care that meets the developmental needs of patients.
Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program; BSN is preferred.
- Current Basic Life Support Certification.
- Additional certifications as mandated by the department.
- Valid nursing license in Texas or eligibility for licensure.
- A minimum of 6 months of experience as a Registered Nurse.
