About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our customer account leadership team, responsible for driving Labor and Material growth and executing the Controls Service business for our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer relationship development and satisfaction
  • Responsible for employee development, training, retention, and safety program compliance
  • Explain complex HVAC controls systems, connectivity, networking, and understand sequence of operations and optimum performance metrics
  • Set and monitor goals for customer account gross margin delivery and profitability
  • Lead the execution efforts of assigned Service business, including warranty-related customer issues
  • Procure and maintain fleet and tools inventory
  • Ensure consistency of delivery systems through supervision and audits of Technicians, Customer Service Agents, and others
  • Responsible for budgeting, forecasting, accounts payable/receivable
  • Responsible for maintaining appropriate staffing levels, hiring, training, and transitioning new employees
  • Conduct formal performance reviews and address related issues
  • Responsible for safety performance and program compliance
  • Support Sales and create additional sales and growth in accounts
Requirements:
  • Technical school training or equivalent experience in the building controls industry
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service, and negotiating skills
  • Basic financial accounting experience
  • Demonstrated competence in writing and verbal communication skills
  • Diploma in Electronic or Mechanical Systems
  • Minimum of Two years prior experience in the building controls industry
  • Five plus years in a service management role directing a similar service deliverable team
  • Three or more years of management experience in a similar service deliverable environment
  • Building automation / controls background installing, designing, programming, and/or selling complex automation systems
