Your role will involve working in diverse environments throughout the resort, performing both front-of-house and service-oriented bartending tasks. Additionally, you will assist with special events by setting up portable bars and serving drinks as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and mix drinks using various ingredients, including liquors, sodas, and juices.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of bar areas.
  • Handle cash transactions and manage the cashiering process.
  • Engage with guests in conversation and take drink orders.
  • Prepare garnishes and ensure compliance with age restrictions for alcohol service.
  • Manage cash bank and perform cash drops as required.
  • Keep the bar area organized and safe for both guests and staff.
  • Communicate essential information to the management and fellow associates for seamless operations.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
