Job Title: Corrections Recreation Specialist III

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corrections Recreation Specialist III to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating recreation programs for inmates in a correctional facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement recreation programs for inmates, including sports, fitness, and leisure activities
  • Coordinate with facility staff to ensure smooth program implementation
  • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement
  • Supervise and train staff and volunteers as needed
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community organizations and vendors to provide resources and support for programs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in recreation, physical education, or a related field
