Job Summary:

The Personal Lines Account Manager is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients by handling their day-to-day insurance needs. This role involves working closely with the Producer and Account Executive to design and recommend insurance and risk management services that meet clients' requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate client information to provide day-to-day client support and address intermediate-level client inquiries.
Assist in the development of strong business relationships with insurance carrier personnel to enhance business relationships and recognize carrier goals and objectives.
Maintain files with proper records according to company procedures and follow company procedures to achieve positive audit results.
Ensure accuracy of account information for new and renewal policies, processing change requests, and addressing proper exposures for policy rating.
Monitor renewal premium increases for remarketing based on the agency's retention strategies and secure documentation needed to be retained by the agency.

Requirements:

Personal Lines experience, service preferred.
Property and Casualty License required.
Working knowledge of available personal lines coverages based on business and industry.
Problem-solving skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency in Agency Management software and Microsoft Office or similar software.
