Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our national sales team as a High Volume Industrial Sales Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
  • Utilize strong communication and deductive reasoning skills to resolve customer inquiries
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
Requirements:
  • 1+ year of sales experience in an industrial setting
  • Excellent computer proficiency and typing speed
  • Ability to multitask and maintain an organized workspace
  • Previous experience with industrial parts is a plus
