Crowe is seeking a skilled Kodiak Automated Reconciliation Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Healthcare Consulting business, you will play a critical role in delivering innovative solutions to complex business issues facing the Healthcare industry.
Responsibilities
- Support the growth of our technology and consulting solution, Crowe Automated Reconciliation for Healthcare, including implementations and related services.
- Provide front-end reconciliation consulting and remote assistance to healthcare providers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, with a CPA certification a plus.
- 1-2 years of finance or accounting experience, with a strong understanding of general accounting and reporting concepts.
- Healthcare experience, including patient accounting system and cash posting workflow knowledge, a plus.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, with experience working with large complex data sets and writing formulas.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with effective presentation skills.
