Analyze, interpret, and act on information; promptly notify key personnel and disseminate range incident information to various government agencies through multiple electronic channels. Coordinate responses during Search and Rescue and other emergency situations, ensuring timely and accurate information flow to military and governmental command authorities, as well as local emergency response teams.
  • Configure, operate, and monitor air-to-ground radios, landline communication networks, computer terminals, informational displays, and computerized tactical radar systems to manage range operations and ensure safety integrity. Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues related to computerized radio remote control and tactical radar displays to maintain system functionality.
  • When assigned, assess trainee capabilities and provide feedback to trainers as directed.
  • Perform additional related duties as assigned by supervision.
  • Possess experience and comprehensive knowledge of air traffic control and range operation procedures, with the ability to apply multi-range scheduling techniques.
