Key Responsibilities- Utilize multiple programs for daily communication with customers to understand their needs and provide job updates
- Collaborate with internal employees and subcontractors to collect quotes and timing on customer orders
- Maintain a large quantity of job orders to ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date
- Negotiate and manage subcontractor and material manufacturer relationships
- Promote a positive attitude toward customers and fellow employees, regardless of circumstances
- Bachelor's degree and one year of administrative experience preferred; however, an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
- Ability to problem-solve using good judgment
- Capacity to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer relations skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
