Warehouse Operations Supervisor Overview:


We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Operations Supervisor, tasked with overseeing the management of all shipping and receiving activities, including the loading and unloading of various transport vehicles.


Key Responsibilities:
Ensure accurate logging of all incoming and outgoing shipments, which may include a variety of parcel sizes and pallet loads.
Efficiently load and unload goods from trucks and other transportation methods.
Confirm the quantity of all incoming and outgoing inventory.
Package items for shipment to ensure they reach customers in optimal condition.
Communicate with relevant personnel via email regarding the status of shipments.
Assist the Parts Manager with shipment reconciliations as needed.
Document all outgoing shipments and requests for dispatch.
Label all incoming products correctly.
Prepare incoming products for the warehouse team responsible for stocking.
Maintain a Receiving Log for all incoming shipments.
Compile necessary documentation for accounting related to receiving processes.
Scan and file all paperwork associated with incoming packages systematically.
Pick and package items for Will Call customers.
Retrieve parts for Repair Orders while maintaining a documented chain of custody.
Align operations with the overarching goals of the warehouse.
Facilitate the delivery and collection of parts as required.

Qualifications & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent (GED); at least 6 months of relevant experience or a combination of education and training.
Must possess or be willing to obtain forklift certification within 30 days of employment.
Strong understanding of warehouse operations and familiarity with UPS WorldShip.
Proficient in computer applications, including the Microsoft Office Suite.
