Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and enforce comprehensive information assurance initiatives.
  • Develop, implement, and uphold security policies and standards.
  • Oversee daily security operations and configuration management tasks.
  • Conduct thorough vulnerability assessments and prepare necessary security documentation.
  • Assist in security authorization processes, including NISCAP and DoD RMF.
  • Perform in-depth technical security evaluations and design secure systems.
  • Integrate Information Assurance practices into diverse system environments.
  • Facilitate the implementation of security functionalities and establish trusted relationships.
  • Identify and mitigate security risks while supporting lifecycle security activities.
  • Leverage system security engineering expertise to aid in security authorization efforts.

Qualifications:
  • Must possess an active TSSCI with Polygraph clearance.
  • A Bachelor’s degree or significant relevant experience is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Information System Security Officer (ISSO) or Information System Security Engineer (ISSE) roles.
  • DoD 8570 Certification (e.g., Security+ CE, CISSP, CASP+ CE, ISSEP) is essential.
