Position Overview

The Sample Coordinator will oversee the organization and management of all samples related to Collection Apparel, Footwear/Accessories, Purple Label Apparel, Footwear/Accessories, and Women's Polo Footwear/Accessories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate quarterly showroom setup and dismantling for market in collaboration with global teams.
  • Manage and track samples across various brands and categories, while liaising with Library, PR, Celebrity Dressing, Advertising, and Digital teams.
  • Maintain regular communication with vendors to ensure the timely receipt and return of samples.
  • Oversee the delivery and shipment of samples to and from all corporate locations, including both international and local destinations.
  • Responsible for creating and maintaining documentation related to sample inventory using tools such as Excel, OneDrive, Adobe XD, and AirTable.
  • Support merchant leads with various ad hoc projects as required.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and precise.
  • Resourceful, efficient, and proactive.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Strong prioritization and time management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, Adobe applications, AirTable, MicroStrategy, and GFE+ (if applicable).
