Speech Language Pathology Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Universal Healthcare Resources. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch care to our patients.
The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or equivalent, with relevant experience working with language and swallowing disorders. A valid license and certification in the field are also required. In addition to your clinical expertise, you should possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively with diverse patient populations, and maintain accurate records of patient progress. We offer a competitive salary of $38-$58 per hour, plus comprehensive benefits, including health, dental, and vision coverage, as well as retirement plans and paid time off.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for patients with language and swallowing disorders.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for patients.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in speech language pathology and incorporate evidence-based practices into treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate records of patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and their families throughout the treatment process.
