Job Overview

ProCare Therapy is seeking a skilled and dedicated Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist to join our innovative teletherapy team. As part of this role, you will have the opportunity to work with diverse student populations, helping them overcome communication challenges and achieve their full potential.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students.
  • Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students individually or in small groups, utilizing evidence-based practices.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support students' communication needs, ensuring seamless transitions between home and school settings.
  • Monitor and document students' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Stay current with research and developments in speech-language pathology, applying this knowledge to improve practice and inform program development.
Requirements
  • Masters or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Oklahoma Teaching Certification and SLP license required.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders.
  • Experience providing virtual therapy services is highly valued.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Guaranteed weekly hours.
  • Hourly rate: $42+ per hour, consistent across direct/indirect hours/planning periods.
  • School hours with flexibility to accommodate varying schedules.
  • Clinical/Technical Team on standby for support and guidance.
