Job Summary

The Speech-Language Pathology Assistant will play a vital role in our outpatient therapy team, providing support to our patients and staff. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing speech therapy interventions in the outpatient setting
  • Collecting data as directed by the supervisor
  • Documenting delivery of speech therapy services
  • Attending patient care meetings and participating in planning for speech/language services
  • Working across departments to maintain daily workflow for provision of Speech/Language Pathology Services

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An Associates degree in Speech Language Pathology-Assistant or a Bachelor's in Communication Sciences & Disorders from a regionally accredited University and completion of ASHA modules
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred
  • A current Oklahoma license for Speech-Language Pathology-Assistant or SLP-A license eligible with a temporary license

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $20.34-$33.22, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, short-term disability, long-term disability, life insurance, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, scholarship opportunities, retirement plans, free parking, and opportunities for advancement.

Schedule

This is a regular full-time position with a varied schedule, Monday-Friday, 0830-1700/0930-1800.
