Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize your nursing skills to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Collaborate effectively with medical staff and healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Supervise and delegate tasks to support staff while maintaining high standards of care.
  • Conduct regular assessments of unit supplies and equipment, initiating necessary changes in collaboration with nursing leadership.
  • Participate in policy development and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, promoting a culture of excellence.
  • Facilitate the orientation and training of new nursing staff as required.

Qualifications

Applicants must possess a valid state RN license and a bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing institution. Additional qualifications include:

  • Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire.
  • ACLS and PALS certifications within six months of hire.
  • Preferred experience of one year in a similar role.
  • Recent acute care or operating room experience within the last three years is preferred.
