Job Description: Pearson Electronics is looking for a skilled electro-mechanical assembler to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling and testing electrical and mechanical components, as well as sanding and painting finished products.

Responsibilities:

  • Assemble and test electrical and mechanical components
  • Sand and paint finished products
  • Use various hand tools and equipment to perform tasks
  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure quality and efficiency

Requirements:

  • High school education required; associate's or bachelor's degree in EE/EET/ME preferred
  • Experience with electro-mechanical assembly, test procedures, work instructions, and assembly-level drawings
  • Strong PC skills and knowledge of CAD programs a plus
  • Ability to lift 30 pounds and work in a fast-paced production environment

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, based on experience
  • Paid vacation, holidays, sick leave, medical, dental, and 401(k) benefits

Work Environment and Schedule:

The work environment is a clean and organized production area with a moderate noise level. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm.
