Amazon Search Quality Specialist

As a Senior Natural Language Model Engineer at Amazon, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of e-commerce search. You will work closely with our search quality team to develop and deploy LLMs that provide accurate and relevant results to customers.

Responsibilities- Analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns
- Design and implement metrics to measure customer satisfaction
- Invent techniques to improve LLM capabilities
- Test ideas in controlled experiments
- Train, fine-tune, and align LLMs with business requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 3+ years of experience building machine learning models for business applications
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, or related field, or 6+ years of applied research experience
- Experience programming in Java, C++, Python, or related languages
- Experience with neural deep learning methods and machine learning
The estimated salary range for this position is $190,000 - $280,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Amazon offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
