We're currently seeking hardworking individuals to join our housekeeping team this winter season. As a part-time seasonal position, you'll have the opportunity to professionally clean and maintain our vacation home properties, creating a welcoming environment for our guests.

Salary

As a Seasonal Housekeeping Specialist, you can expect a competitive hourly rate of $22. Additionally, you'll be eligible for a $2 shift differential from December 1st to April 30th, and a $500 sign-on bonus after 30 days of employment. A $500 retention bonus will also be awarded at the end of the season, provided you're hired by January 15th.

Job Description

Key responsibilities include:

  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Professionally clean and maintain Vacasa properties using cleaning procedures and products in conformance with prescribed company standards.
  • Dusting and Laundry: Sweep, vacuum, mop, dust, and wash all surfaces, as well as move furniture to clean under and behind it. Assist with laundry as needed.
  • Guest Experience: Create a welcoming environment for our guests and owners by ensuring homes are clean and cared for.
  • Maintenance Tickets: Identify and note any damages to homes, and create maintenance tickets as necessary.
  • Trash Removal: Collect and remove trash and debris.
  • Metrics and Meetings: Meet and maintain required Housekeeping metrics, attend all mandatory individual and team meetings, and replenish consumable items such as soaps and paper products.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Reliable Transportation: Reliable transportation to and from work locations.
  • Smartphone and Email: A smartphone and personal email address.
  • Weekend Availability: Weekend availability for shifts.
  • Attention to Detail: Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • No Experience Required: No prior housekeeping experience is necessary, as we provide on-the-job training.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, stoop, squat, kneel, and lift over 20 pounds.
