Carter's/OshKosh is seeking a Part-Time Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing sales floor operations, and leading a team of sales associates.
Key Responsibilities- Provide warm greetings and assist customers with product styles, features, and benefits
- Maintain a genuine customer focus on the sales floor
- Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive environment for employees and customers
- Lead and execute an assigned business focus area through planning and detailed follow through
- Perform Leader on Duty supervisor responsibilities by driving results and responding to customer concerns timely and with an appropriate resolution
- A positive and solutions-oriented mindset
- Effective and professional verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to manage multiple tasks at once
- Proficient Computer and technology skills (Outlook, Excel, Web navigation, etc.)
- A variety of skills and experiences
- A high school diploma or GED
