Job Title: Sales Director

James Imaging Systems is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our sales strategy, managing the sales team, and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve company sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to enhance performance, motivation, and professional growth.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that align with sales goals.
  • Analyze sales data to assess performance trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and analysis to senior management.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Director or similar leadership role within the office technology industry or related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Strong business acumen and knowledge of the office technology market.
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
